Perfectionism is often a mask for fear and it can intensify feelings of shame, anxiety, or never being enough. This can stir inner tension and keep us stuck in patterns of overthinking or avoidance.
You don’t have to have it all together to feel moments of joy.
Strategy for the Week: Choose one task this week to leave “good enough.” Resist the urge to tweak, fix, or polish. Walk away and notice how it feels.
Freedom often lives in the unfinished.
