Back to Zero Weekly: The Story Your Body Holds
Feb 02, 2026
Welcome to Back to Zero Weekly: Big Emotions, Simple Strategies.
Each week, get one quick, actionable strategy to help you manage emotions, build self-awareness, and strengthen your relationship with yourself and others, creating greater space for joy.
The Story Your Body Holds
Your body remembers patterns such as the rush of being overwhelmed, the tension of being misunderstood, or the pressure of being needed. These memories show up as instinctive reactions long before your mind processes the moment.
Awareness helps you rewrite the story that your body is holding through these patterns. What story is your body holding?
Strategy for the Week: Notice one recurring physical pattern (tight shoulders, clenched jaw, fidgeting, shallow breathing). When it appears, pause and release it.
The way we rewrite our patterns shapes how we feel physically.
