Create a Closing Routine
The day holds many thoughts, emotions and different energies. Giving yourself a moment to close it with care creates space to prepare the mind to rest. Without a clear end to the day, stress can linger and emotions stay unresolved. A simple closing routine can help your nervous system feel safe enough to unwind.
Strategy for the Week: Choose a 2-minute nighttime routine that can include such ideas as writing down 3 things that went well, powering down screens, stretching in silence and choosing calming scents. Make sure it's not too overwhelming. Let it be your emotional exhale.
