Ground Yourself in Gratitude
Gratitude isn’t about ignoring hard moments; it’s about noticing what is still steady, supportive, or life-giving in the middle of them. When emotions run high, grounding yourself in gratitude can gently shift your focus from what’s overwhelming to what’s sustaining. Gratitude softens tension, slows your nervous system, and reminds you that even in difficult seasons, joy still has space to grow.
Strategy for the Week: At the end of each day, name one moment that brought you ease, comfort, or connection. Write it down or say it aloud. Let that moment become an anchor for your emotional reset.
