Creating a Calm Environment
Sometimes our outer world mirrors our inner one. If your space feels chaotic, cluttered, noisy, or disorganized, it can subtly fuel inner stress. Resetting your space resets your mind.
Strategy for the Week: Choose one small area this week (your desk, your car, your bag) to clean or organize. A clear space gives your brain fewer stress signals and makes it easier to get back to zero when needed.
