Building Buffers
Constant motion doesn’t allow time to feel or reflect. Creating small buffers in your day can prevent emotional overload and increase intentionality.
Strategy for the Week: Choose one transition, between work and home, meetings, or even bedtime. Add a 3-5 minute buffer where you avoid any type of tasks and definitely put down the phone.
Just breathe, walk, or sit in silence.
