Begin Again with Intention
A new year doesn’t require a complete reinvention. It invites a return to yourself, to what matters, and to how you want to respond when emotions rise.
Instead of rushing into goals or resolutions, beginning with intention allows you to move forward with clarity and compassion. Intention gives direction to your energy, especially on days when emotions feel heavy or uncertain.
You don’t have to get everything right. You only have to begin again, on purpose.
Strategy for the Week: Choose one guiding word or phrase for the year that reflects how you want to feel, not just what you want to do (e.g., steady, present, gentle, open). Return to it when emotions pull you off center.
The way we begin shapes how we carry ourselves through the year ahead.
