Each week, get one quick, actionable strategy to help you manage emotions, build self-awareness, and strengthen your relationship with yourself and others, creating greater space for joy
Anchor Yourself with a Phrase
Sometimes we need an emotional anchor, a phrase or mantra we can repeat to ourselves to stay steady. Anchoring phrases help keep our focus and prevent spiraling when things get tough. A good anchor reminds you of your power, your calm, and your center.
Strategy for the Week: Choose a personal anchor phrase like, "I am calm even in the storm," or "This moment will pass." Say it to yourself at the start of each day and in any tough moment. I personally use, "Hold on to your joy."
Your words shape your energy.
