Reset with Movement
When emotions are too big to sit still with, movement can be your reset button. Physical activity — even small — releases built-up tension and helps regulate your nervous system. It doesn’t have to be a workout; it could be a quick walk, stretching your arms, or standing up and shaking out your hands.
Strategy for the Week: Create a "movement reset" routine. Choose a simple action you can do in under two minutes when stress rises: shoulder rolls, a walk around the block, or dancing to one favorite song. Small moves shift big moods.
